Role Overview:

Industrial Designer capable of product design, brand and creative development, with strong visual capabilities.

Supports and collaborates closely with the Creative Director across a variety of brand-driven, product-focused projects.

Must have knowledge and interest in technical mountaineering and climbing.

responsibilities:

- Collaborate on brand strategy, helping translate research and insights into design opportunities.

- Assist in brand development through design direction, materials, and forms.

- Contribute to creative ideation and art direction for product concepts, brand campaigns & launches.

- Research on brand specific market, culture, and demographics

- Produce visualizations, mockups, and presentation decks

- Help shape physical and digital experiences that resonates across platforms.

- Skilled with maintaining consistent brand language in visuals and design.

- Support and lead design projects alongside the Creative Director, from initial concept to execution.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product design team, graphic design team, marketing, and external partners.

Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related creative field.

- Experience in a design studio, agency, or brand environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing industrial design, brand thinking, and a strong sense for visuals.

- Must have strong visual capabilities, cultural awareness, and storytelling.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
